Q. How long will it take to repair my Macerator?
A. This depends on the problem or severity of a blockage, but normally can take between one to two hours to resolve.

Q. My toilet bowl is full of water, should I do anything before you arrive?
A. If the water level in your toilet bowl is higher than normal, do not flush the toilet or run the basin or shower before
we arrive as this could overflow & cause further damage.

Q. My Macerator is making a buzzing noise but is not taking away the waste water?
A. Disconnect the power supply to the Macerator do not use any of the facilities, give us a call.

Q. Water is leaking from my Macerator?
A. Stop using your bathroom facilities, give us a call.

Q. What if my Macerator is unrepairable?
A. We carry a range of competitively priced replacement Macerators.

Q. How far would you travel to sort my problem?
A. We cover all of the Yorkshire & Lancashire area regularly, but would consider further afield on request.

A. We take Credit/Debit card, cash, PayPal or bank transfer, we will inform you of the cost of the
repair before we do anything so there are no nasty surprises.
