We supply New domestic Saniflo, Uniflo and Grundfos Macerators. We can quickly replace existing faulty units.
We know how important it is to quickly get your system operating as soon as possible. Our skilled workers regularly visit and replace old existing pumps with new units. We carry stock with us, so there is no need to order a unit then wait for the delivery and our return. We can carry out the swap immediate and leave you with a fully working system.
Repair or Replace Existing Units
We carry an extensive stock of macerator parts and fittings for all manufacturers units including Saniflo, Uniflo, Grundfos and similar. So on on our visit we generally always have the required parts for repair and replacement. Also we carry with us brand new Units. So, in most cases there is no need for us to order parts or make return visits. With most projects we do the work immediate and leave you with a fully operating system.

Opening the macerator Unit Safely. Checking the macerator unit for blockages, wear, or damage. Check plumbing connections tighten pipe joints. Identify any unusual noises or performance issues. Check for signs of leaks smells or abnormal noises. Run the unit to check blade movement, pump efficiency and drainage. Unblocking the unit if it's jammed or not draining properly. Full internal cleaning of the macerator unit. Descaling the blades and chamber Removing limescale, wipes blockages or waste build up. - Turn off the macerator unit.
- Pour 1.5–2L of our descaler into the toilet bowl.
- Flush and let it sit for 2–3 hours (or overnight).
- Turn the unit back on and flush again to rinse

We recommend annual servicing to prolong the life of your macerator and keep it running in top condition.

We offer Saniflo, Uniflo and all other types of Macerator Repairs, Servicing and Replacement.
We carry an extensive stock of fittings for various manufacturers units including replacement pumps to small screws & seals. Our engineers also carry with them a range of new units, all making it possible to try & resolve your issue with the first visit. 95% of broken Macerator or Saniflo units can be cleaned fixed and repaired or replaced during our first visit.
We will arrange with you a convenient day and time to carry out the work. Our engineers keep in constant contact with you before and during the journey to advise you of the approximate arrival time. If for any reason your Macerator unit is irreparable, we carry a range of various replacement Macerator Pumps all at very competitive prices. We always make it a priority to leave you with a fully functional system by the end of our visit.

Macerator unblocking from £145.00 includes call out clean test and repair, this cost is dependent on your location with respect to distance for us travel.
Ideally you need to add cleaning fluid or crystals to your unit at least every 3 months. We carry a stock of cleaning materials with us and can show you how to use these. We can also arrange to contact you to carry out a deep clean and service of your macerator every 12 months.
Only human waste and toilet paper should be put down the toilet when a Macerator is used.
This includes toilets with and without a Macerator as foreign objects not only block Macerator pumps but also clog up the sewer systems.
If a new Macerator is required, the approximate cost would be as shown below.
Supply and replace a existing unit with a new Macerator.
The cost depends on location and also the type and manufacture of the unit required. But for example an average cost to visit and replace a existing Macerator with a new Uniflo product the price starts at £550.00 and for a Saniflo manufactured unit the price for a new replacement unit fitted would start at £850.00.

How long will it take to repair my Macerator
This depends on the problem or severity of a blockage, but normally can take between one to two hours to resolve. Ideally you need to add cleaning fluid or crystals to your unit at least every 3 months. We carry a stock of cleaning materials with us and can show you how to use these. My toilet bowl is full of water, should I do anything before you arrive?
If the water level in your toilet bowl is higher than normal, do not flush the toilet or run the basin or shower before we arrive as this could overflow & cause further damage.
My Macerator is making a buzzing noise but is not taking away the waste water?
Disconnect the power supply to the Macerator do not use any of the facilities, give us a call.
Water is leaking from my Macerator?
Stop using your bathroom facilities, give us a call.
